At present, our climate resilience team is an industry leader in energy efficiency, electrification, geothermal/heat pump systems and protecting against threats like sea level rise, urban heat islands, and other impacts of climate change. Additionally, our landscape architects are a go-to resource for many clients in their efforts to improve our communities through the creative adaptation of urban and green spaces into solutions for climate impacts.

The topics covered in our ESG Report are essential to improving our operations and most importantly our service to all of our clients. We are committed to improving the communities and organizations we serve including within the company. Our commitment to improve our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team, internally called the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Council, has resulted in great improvements in our recruiting and retention efforts as well as becoming an employer of choice in the industry. We embrace rich perspectives and experiences of individuals and value the insight from historically marginalized groups, both within our firm and in the communities we serve.
