Qualified candidates will have 8-10 years experience and be familiar with wastewater collection and treatment system evaluation and design, infiltration/inflow analysis, pipeline rehabilitation, drainage design, and other related work. Working knowledge of Massachusetts rules and regulations related to wastewater and water resources is necessary. Must have experience working on multiple projects with several clients as well as with managing technical and budget aspects of projects. Mentoring staff and project business development is key.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required for effective client and team management. Strong organization and time management skills are required and must be familiar with MS Office suite. A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required, and a Master of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is a plus. Registration as a Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire is required.
