Contract Operations for Water and Wastewater Facilities 

Weston & Sampson Services (WSS) provides contract operation and maintenance (O&M) management assistance for water and wastewater management, treatment, distribution, and collection systems and facilities throughout New England. We customize our services to meet both the short- and long-term needs of our clients.

Our experienced staff of licensed operators assists supervisors and managers in developing budgets, preparing administrative and regulatory reports, and analyzing O&M and improvement costs.

WSS currently manages more than 100 small water and wastewater facilities in New England. Our certified operators also provide stand-by operations and management assistance, as well as part- and full-time assistance on an interim basis while our clients look to fill permanent management positions.
