David Elmer, PE Featured in Spring 2021 Engineering, Inc.

Weston & Sampson’s David Elmer was recently featured in the Spring 2021 issue of Engineering, Inc., the Journal of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). In the article, David discusses a pilot effort with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission to sample and test for COVID-19 in the city’s sewer system, working with the firm Biobot to map the spread of COVID-19 across the city.
