Frank Ricciardi, PE, LSP, Vice President at Weston & Sampson, will be presenting as part of an upcoming webinar put on by the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) titled “COVID-19 – An Environmental Perspective.” Frank’s topic for the webinar, which will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 from 9:00am – 12:00pm, will be “Early COVID Detection and Tracing.”
Frank and the other speakers will provide an update on COVID-19, with a focus on how this virus is being managed in the environmental industry. Participants will learn about cleaning and disinfection programs, environmental testing options available for the COVID-19 virus, how COVID-19 testing of wastewater is being used to monitor early detection of the virus, and the differences between cleaning and disinfection including work products and techniques that are available on the market. A perspective on some of the legal risks associated with this virus will also be provided. Following the webinar, the audience is welcome to participate in a robust panel discussion.
