Frank Ricciardi, P.E., LSP, Vice President and Discipline Leader at Weston & Sampson, will be co-chairing a TSCA and PCB Working Group webinar on January 28, 2021 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm put on by the Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) entitled “PCB Remediation Case Studies and Innovative Approaches.” Ms. Kim Tisa, PCB Coordinator for Region 1 of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will be participating in the panel discussion and Q&A forum.
The webinar will provide a series of case studies where innovative PCB remediation approaches were used to achieve regulatory site closure with respect to risk-based closure, on-site soil management/reuse, off-site disposal strategies, and full consideration of the options in the TSCA regulations available to environmental professionals.
Mike Dacey of GeoInsight, Inc. will co-chair with Frank. Other speakers will be Ross Hartman of Strategic Environmental Services, Inc. and Malcolm Beeler, PCB Technical Leader with Weston & Sampson.
