Owner's Rep Services for the Town of Wellesley
Weston & Sampson provided site management services to the Town of Wellesley, MA for their Department of Public Works (DPW) Operations Building addition project.
Work included overseeing the performance of both the design professional and the general contractor during the construction phase of the project. Work also included monitoring the schedule and the appropriateness of monthly requests for payment, and advised the town on any disputes between the parties over performance or acceptability of the work of one party or regarding any issues about liability for errors or omissions.
