The Weston & Sampson Safety Team has helped clients build health and safety programs to meet applicable state and federal regulatory requirements and develop safer workplaces for their staff. TRAINING

All employees participate in weekly safety meetings, with at least a 98% completion rate for the past nine years. 
All field staff, at a minimum, possess OSHA 10-Hour Construction Training and many have the OSHA 30-hour and 40-hour training certificates 
In excess of 80 field staff perform annual HAZWOPER 8-Hour Refresher Training 
All field staff are required to complete mandatory quarterly safety training on topics directly related to their day-to-day activities such as confined space training and health topics such as CPR, AED, and First Aid 


CULTURE

Our Corporate Safety Committee has met monthly for over 15 consecutive years 
We discuss every Health & Safety incident, company-wide, for ongoing reduction and prevention methods and to discuss lessons learned 
We review and update the company’s Health & Safety policies on an annual basis  
We document and perform ongoing site inspections of all locations with a proprietary scoring mechanism to track progress over time
