Since 2013 Weston & Sampson has been approved by National Grid as an associate energy Project Expediter (PEX). Through this relationship, we offer our suite of energy conservation services to public and private clients located in any of the National Grid-owned electric or gas utility service territories in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Program participants may qualify for rebates related to energy conservation measures, resulting in savings of 50% or more of the project cost.
As a pre-qualified energy contractor, Weston & Sampson can help you identify and install energy conservation measures and maximize incentives available under Mass Save and Rhode Island Energy Efficiency Incentive programs.
In Massachusetts, energy savings projects for the public sector do not have to be put out to bid if the value of the work is less than $100,000. The DOER website provides further information for purchasing officers:
