Weston & Sampson Opens Manchester, NH Office
Weston & Sampson is pleased to announce the recent opening of its Manchester, NH office at 7 Perimeter Road. Occupying 9600 square feet, Weston & Sampson can house up to 35 employees in the office portion of the space. Just under half the space is a dedicated shop area for Weston & Sampson’s maintenance and repair division to accommodate the continuing growth of this business unit.
Making Improvements to the MBTA
Weston & Sampson Engineers is providing Owner’s Representative services to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) on its Red Line/Orange Line Infrastructure Improvements Program.

The Environmental Business Council of New England (EBC) announced that Weston & Sampson is the recipient of the Nicholas Humber Environmental –Energy Award for Outstanding Collaboration, in recognition of outstanding public-private collaboration.

Restoration of Historic Documents
Weston & Sampson performed a project that required historical existing documents to be scanned and indexed to CD\DVD for archiving. The almost 100 year old rolled historical plans (up to 42 inches by 27 feet) were carefully placed between clear sheets of plastic to protect them from damage during the scanning process. The scanned images were then geo-referenced, tiled, and re-printed into a more manageable a 42 inch by 36 inch map book.

Regan has over 18 years of experience and possesses a strong understanding of land use and master planning, site layout, planting design, permitting, cost estimating, and more. She has managed the design and permitting of projects that range from single family residential and mixed-use developments to large commercial and municipal projects.
At Weston & Sampson, Regan will help our clients to design outdoor spaces that meet private and public needs through a balance of creative and practical solutions for long term sustainability.
She earned her BS in Landscape Architecture and Plant Sciences from Cornell University and is a Registered Landscape Architect in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
