This past weekend, Weston & Sampson's Billy Beauregard presented at the Engineers Without Borders (EWB) National Conference alongside members of the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) Chapter of EWB! 🌍🏗️

The session, “Navigating Contractor Dynamics in EWB Projects,” explored the challenges and successes of managing contractor relationships in international development projects. Billy and the team shared strategies for balancing technical standards, local expertise, and community trust — critical elements for creating sustainable, community-driven engineering solutions.

We’re proud of Billy for supporting impactful work and making a positive difference in communities through engineering!
