Following preparation of a feasibility study, and development of a master plan for a municipal complex in the Town of Mansfield, MA, Weston & Sampson prepared building and site concepts using BIM-generated building models and presented them, along with the project, to the Board of Selectmen and the Municipal Building Committee.

In addition, we assisted the DPW in developing informational support materials for the town residents as part of the community engagement/involvement component of the project.
The feasibility study and project marketing materials contributed to the town authorizing funding for a new $30 million municipal complex. Weston & Sampson provided design and construction administration services for the new public works facility as well as the overall municipal complex site development and permitting.
