Weston & Sampson is pleased to welcome Russell Sternlicht, PE to the firm as our QA/QC Manager. After serving as a civil engineer working on stormwater management, commercial redevelopment, subsurface transportation, and other projects, he has since served as a Quality Assurance Manager in the engineering field. His experience includes streamlining the document review process to improve client turnaround times, preparing and executing project quality plans and project management plans, and leading quality assurance reviews for submittal documents.
At Weston & Sampson, Russell will be leading the firm’s effort to standardize our QA procedures across all disciplines and will update the firm’s QA manual. He plans to use technology to improve collaboration between reviewers and track comment resolution as a core part of the new process.
Russell earned his Bachelor and Master of Engineering degrees, both in Civil Engineering, from the Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York and is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York State.
