Weston & Sampson maintains a Construction Services Department (CSD) that offers services in construction management/administration and resident representation. Providing effective cost control for our projects, our CSD staff members are experts in overseeing construction contractors, reviewing documents for constructability before bid, and negotiating change orders. Our design products and bidding/construction documents are thorough, detailed, and accurate to obtain the most competitive construction bids, eliminate surprises during construction, and avoid change orders. Integral to the success of our construction projects, our resident representatives provide on-site inspection , coordinate the work of all parties, maintain open and frequent team member communication, and submit regular construction work progress reports. They strive to develop and achieve effective community and public relations by minimizing the construction disruption to homes, businesses, and daily routines and addressing management and public safety concerns.
