Siena College selected Weston & Sampson to provide comprehensive master planning services.
Our interdisciplinary project team inventoried, analyzed, and assessed the needs of a campus that features a wide variety of landscapes, including athletic fields, wooded areas, wetlands, pervious, and impervious open spaces.
Recommendations included consistent and impactful signage for visitors, lighting, parking amenities, capacities for utilities, ADA accessibility, and greenspace enhancement. Weston & Sampson worked closely with the college to determine and prioritize potential improvement areas that would ensure long term sustainability and land acquisition that could accommodate future growth.
