YMCA Camp Finberg Splash Pad and Mechanical Room
Weston & Sampson provided services related to a new splash pad and mechanical room for the YMCA's Camp Finberg in Attleboro, Massachusetts. Weston & Sampson laid out the splash pad and installed underground plumbing, supplied and installed mechanical room equipment, set up water features, and activated the system.
Bedford Splash Pad
Weston & Sampson designed, built and installed this $300,000 spray park and filter building in Bedford, New Hampshire. The spray pad is a 50 x 60 foot play area with 13 spray features. The 12 x 10 foot filter room was attached to the existing bath house. The filtration system has a UV disinfection unit with a sand filter and auto read and feed chemical system. The 1100-gallon collector tank with an auto fill system is built into the bottom of the center of the play area deck with VGB grate system.
Portland Splash Pad and Play Structures
Weston & Sampson was contracted with DeRita and Sons to install all plumbing and feature equipment for a splash pad and play structure in Portland, Connecticut.
Greenwood Pool Spray Park Project
Weston & Sampson instructed a new splash pad for the town of Gardner in 2015. Work consisted of excavation and installation of a new reinforced concrete pad. Also anew water service, new sewer connection, and new electrical service were installed. The project was completed for $170,000 with no change orders. The splash pad has 6 spray heads that can do up to 80gpm and a 2,500 gallon underground collector tank.
