Weston & Sampson broadened its services with the addition of Weston & Sampson Services Repair, Maintenance, and O&M. The company also launched practices in Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Compliance & Training, and Environmental Science & Permitting. The Portsmouth, NH office was opened in 1999.
