Service Road at Taxiway South of Terminal A and Runway 5R
We performed various topographic and planimetric surveys for four different projects at Raleigh-Durham International (RDU) Airport in North Carolina.
- Service Road at Taxiway South of Terminal “A”
We performed topographic and planimetric surveys at on a three-acre site. The site consisted of an existing service road connecting to a former taxiway. The surveys included pavement edges on taxiways and roadways, gravity utilities, above-ground utility appurtenances, and directional lighting. - Runway 5R
We performed topographic and planimetric surveys on a three-acre site on the south end of Runway 5R. The surveys included pavement edges on taxiways, runways, and service roads; gravity utilities; above-ground utility appurtenances; and directional lighting. - New General Aviation Building
We performed supplemental planimetric surveys and supplemental spot elevations of the existing ground surface on an 85 acre project site. The project site was to be used for the new general aviation redevelopment area. We provided supplemental services that included establishment of photo panels, control network, roadway and runway pavement edge elevations, gravity utility surveys, and map classifications. - Runway 5R-23L Touchdown Lights
We performed location surveys for 63 transformer locations and 60 proposed lot pods.
