Richard Campbell, PE

Rich has 30 years of engineering experience and is responsible for the successful delivery of Weston & Sampson’s structural work. He joined the firm in 2009 and assumed the role of Structural Practice Leader in 2018. Rick has been instrumental in working with clients and onboarding team members in our Mid-Atlantic offices. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and is a registered Professional Engineer in numerous states.

Margaret McCarthy, PE

Margaret joined Weston & Sampson as a student co-op in 1999 and now brings to the firm 20 years of water system experience with a focus on asset and data management, treatment, construction management, and facility operations. In addition to her leadership role in our Water Practice, she serves as the firm’s Inclusion Diversity Equity Access (IDEA) Committee chairperson, working toward equitable representation across our organization. Margaret achieved Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.

A leader in the firm’s Wastewater Practice, Patrick has 20 years of experience in the evaluation, design, and construction of wastewater systems. He joined Weston & Sampson in 2001 and has been instrumental in the development and implementation of technologies to support the firm’s infiltration/inflow (I/I) and Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES) service offerings. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
