Volunteer Engagement
Employee-owners come together to support local communities through hands-on projects—tree planting, cleanups, park restoration, disaster relief assistance, and more.
Sharing our time, talent, and expertise to strengthen communities at home and around the world.
As employee-owners, we take pride in giving back—volunteering our time, applying our technical skills, and supporting partnerships that improve lives. From local service days to global infrastructure builds, our people help create stronger, more resilient communities.
How we give back.
We partner with local and global organizations to support community needs through hands-on service, fundraising, educational outreach, and pro-bono engineering efforts. Whether planting trees, mentoring emerging professionals, or building a bridge in Rwanda, we put our values into practice.

We support nonprofit organizations, charitable events, scholarships, and community programs through company giving and employee-driven initiatives.
Our teams extend their expertise worldwide through volunteer engineering projects that improve access, mobility, and opportunity—most recently through our partnership with Bridges to Prosperity in Rwanda.
In 2025, a dedicated team from Weston & Sampson travelled to Kigongi, Rwanda to build a suspension bridge with Bridges to Prosperity. For families here, safe access across the Kigongi River means year-round connection to school, healthcare, and markets—transforming daily life.
We’ve been honored to partner with Bridges to Prosperity twice before, and each time we’re reminded: bridges don’t just connect land—they connect people, opportunities, and brighter futures.
