NAVFAC MIDLANT Contract Awarded to Weston & Sampson

Five-Year Comprehensive Architecture/Engineering (A/E) Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic (NAVFAC MIDLANT) recently awarded a Comprehensive A/E Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to Weston & Sampson. The five-year contract has a ceiling of $30 million to provide planning, design, and construction services in support of sustainment, restoration, repair, replacement, demolition, modernization, and new construction and/or improvements to utility infrastructure, distribution systems, and facility infrastructure throughout the MIDLANT Area of Responsibility. 

The Weston Sampson team includes HDR and Dewberry and anticipates a variety of work types under this contract including electrical generation and distribution; industrial control and communications; power plant thermal systems; sanitary sewer and oily wastewater collection; potable and process water; storm drainage; and roadways, parking lots, site development, bridges, railroad, and crane rails.
