David is Senior Vice President and Wastewater discipline leader. He has more than 20 years of experience with wastewater and stormwater system planning, design, rehabilitation and construction. His focus on evaluation and rehabilitation of existing infrastructure has helped build one of the most innovative and successful sewer rehabilitation practices in the Northeast.
