Jeffery Santacruce
Jeff has more than 30 years of transportation and traffic engineering, design, management, and permitting experience on a wide variety of public and private projects. He has worked on rural, urban, and interstate roadway and traffic design projects, roadway reconstructions, traffic calming strategies, roundabouts, safety improvements, and Complete Streets.
