Kathy has 25 years of experience in leadership positions involving strategic initiatives for marketing, communications, and business development. She has led enterprise and platform-level initiatives and has a proven ability to align growth strategy, brand, and client experience. She supports the firm by building the systems, discipline, and alignment needed to turn strategy into predictable, scalable results.
