Weston & Sampson maintains a Construction Services Department (CSD) that provides construction management/administration and resident representation. 

Our CSD teams deliver tailored solutions that enhance the longevity, resilience, and functionality of critical infrastructure. All services are managed by licensed construction supervisors and professional engineers with deep industry knowledge and experience as both designers and contractors. Our clients include municipal, institutional, and private utility owners and operators, management companies, condominium associations, industrial/commercial plant managers, and facility/property managers. 

We provide expert construction management, administration, and resident representation to ensure cost-effective, high-quality project delivery. We specialize in constructability reviews, contractor oversight, change order negotiation, and producing thorough, accurate construction documents that help secure competitive bids and minimize unexpected issues during construction. Our goal is to reduce costs, maximize value, maintain quality, and keep projects on budget and schedule, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Resident representatives play an essential on-site role, coordinating work, maintaining open communication among team members, monitoring progress, and submitting regular reports.
