Reducing Our Operational Footprint

We know that sustainability starts within, and we work to reduce our impact across all our offices by providing:

  • Annual Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting since 2015
  • Textile and ink cartridge recycling, low-flow water fixtures, LED lighting, and Energy Star appliances in many offices
  • Public transportation reimbursements and EV charging stations in multiple locations
  • Sustainability Committee programs including volunteer clean-ups and education initiatives
  • Office-by-office sustainability surveys to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement

Accountability Through ESG Reporting

We conduct regular sustainability and emissions assessments and align with national and international frameworks like the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the B Impact Assessment.
