MDPE Gas Pipeline Extension

NCDOT-Compliant MDPE Pipeline Extension with Alignment Sheet Design

Weston & Sampson was involved in a Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) gas pipeline extension to serve the Valley Proteins facility located north of Rose Hill, North Carolina.

Our team provided project management, design, and permitting services, as well as development of railroad encroachment plans and the permit package for a CSX railway crossing along the proposed route. Plans had to be closely coordinated with the town to avoid potential conflicts with planned water distribution system improvements along the same highway corridor.
