Third Party Review Services

Weston & Sampson is assisting the Berkeley County departments of Engineering/ Stormwater, Planning & Zoning, and Water & Sewer in conducting third-party plan reviews of area development projects to deliver expedited regulatory reviews within abbreviated timeframes.

Our team’s services include evaluation of civil drawings for compliance to applicable county, state, and federal codes and standards. Some aspects of our analysis include grading and drainage details, including proposed stormwater conveyances and facilities; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs); roadway and associated sidewalk, drainage, street tree, and other infrastructure plans, profiles, and details; and FEMA or other flood risk mitigation measures, as applicable. We also provide construction inspection for compliance with approved plans.
