Fleet Maintenance Facility, Property Management Building, & Warehouse

The City of Cape Coral commissioned Weston & Sampson to perform a feasibility study and conceptual design plan for a new fleet maintenance facility to accommodate growing fleet demands.

The study involved recommendations for building size and site location, along with conceptual site plans and cost estimates for a multi-purpose fleet maintenance campus. The city then engaged our team to provide final design of the new facility, as well as design, permitting, bidding, and limited construction phase services for a new 20,000-SF property management building and auxiliary warehouse on the same site.
