Asset Management Planning

Hampstead Area Water Company (HAWC) selected Weston & Sampson to perform an asset management assessment of water system assets.

The project was funded by a grant from the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES). The project included development of an asset inventory database, a water pipeline database, creation of a new water Geographical Information System (GIS), and water system mapping assistance. The project focused on improving knowledge of the water system, prolonging the asset life, and aiding in creating an efficient allocation of funds for future rehabilitation or replacement of critical assets.
