Brickell City Centre Pools & Spas

Weston & Sampson assisted Swire Properties and Arquitectonica on multiple pools and spas at Brickell City Centre, a 3-tower mixed-use project in Miami, Florida.

The East Block Tower has two pools, one heated spa, and one cold plunge spa. The design incorporates recessed gutters, as well as therapy jets and European-style deck-mounted therapeutic back jets. The West Block Tower has a 1,775-SF pool and 157-SF spa, each with an infinity edge. The North Block Tower has two pools (949 SF and 1350 SF), and two heated spas (225 SF), all featuring a 360-degree infinity-edge. Each pool uses state-of-the art fully automated regenerative filters, LED in-pool lighting, and high-efficiency pool heaters.

Fully tiled stainless steel pool shells were used to address structural and waterproofing concerns as the pools are elevated over occupied space. The pools were delivered to the site in large sections and welded together for a seamless watertight installation.
