New DPW Facility & Municipal Complex

Weston & Sampson prepared a feasibility study for a new DPW facility in the Town of Mansfield, Massachusetts.

We prepared a space needs assessment for the DPW operations, including highway and public buildings/special projects; developed multiple concepts for a town-owned parcel; prepared conceptual plans; and developed conceptual cost estimates. Subsequent to the initial study, our team worked with the town and its public safety consultant to develop a master plan for a municipal complex at the existing DPW site. We also prepared 3-D computer-generated building models and informational materials for community engagement and provided design and construction administration for the new $30M facility.
