Design/Build Wastewater Treatment Facility Services

Weston & Sampson was retained by the A.D. Makepeace Company to provide a wide range of water and wastewater engineering, OPM, and construction services for a large private development in southeastern Massachusetts.

This mixed-use residential development concentrates its footprint through the use of innovative local bylaws and modern conservation concepts to maximize open space and protect local resources within the project area. After developing the wastewater system and providing extensive permit assistance, we assumed the role of Construction Manager at Risk, coordinated the construction effort, and acted as OPM. We also provided permitting, engineering, and on-site construction observation services for the drinking water system and managed overall construction as OPM. Following construction, Weston & Sampson Services operated the wastewater and water systems.
