Jamul Casino Hotel Pool

Weston & Sampson provided aquatic design, engineering, and permitting services for the outdoor rooftop pool and hot tub at the Jamul Casino Hotel near San Diego, California.

This pool features a central area with a private VIP cabana and sun shelf for lounging in shallow water with a large swim area going to a 4’-0” depth. The flush level gutter features a distinctive stone grating. Our design basis for rooftop pools above habitable space is a fully tiled stainless-steel vessel. Our team reviewed drawings and advised on finishes, access points, and deck area requirements. The team selected equipment and chemical treatment systems, and coordinated with the architect and engineer regarding the interconnections of pool equipment with site and building utilities and electrical systems.
