Melrose Standby Generators

Weston & Sampson contracted by the City of Melrose Department of Public works to install two Kohler generators to ensure uninterrupted operation of their Lynn Fells Parkway and Upham Street Sewer Pump Stations. This upgrade provides seamless emergency back up power to insure 24/7 reliability for critical sewer water infrastructure.

The turn-key installation of the two diesel-powered Kohler 50kW and 100 kW generators included integration with automatic transfer switches (ATS) for instant power switching, coordination with the city engineer to minimize downtime, and full compliance with local codes and EPA emission standards.
