$2M Utility Coordination & Pump Station Upgrades for Growth Corridor
Weston & Sampson was selected by the City of Cape Coral to provide hydraulic modeling, design, permitting, and bid-ready construction documents for their Pine Island Road West Corridor utilities project.
Our team provided hydraulic modeling; permitting; design (water, sewer, and irrigation mains; four new lift stations; existing storm drains; and review/design of existing roads, as necessary); surveying; assistance to city for property or easement acquisition; development of bid-ready construction documents; and property/easement acquisition. The project consists of approximately 26,000 LF of utilities spread over 1.3 square miles, including two miles of Florida Department of Transportation right of way.
